I have generated the draft order. I did it just like last year-- bottom 7 go first, then top 6, with each team in each set getting an equal and random chance at the next pick.
2009 Draft Order (final standing in '08 season)
1. GO FOULKE YOURSELF/Jamokian Jackasses (7)
2. Manila BB Minutemen/Manila Minutemen (10)
3. The Mighty Tigers (9)
4. Absolute Disaster II/Absolute Disaster (12)
5. The Lucky Ducks/WorstDuckingTeamEver (13)
6. Dirty Underpants (8)
7. Cleveland Steamers (11)
8. Kemp'ted To Kick Ass/I C.C No Evil! (2)
9. cp's Elbow Shredders (3)
10. Tusken Raiders '09/Tusken Raiders 08 (6)
11. A-Rod's Drug Dealer/Bringing Sexson Back (5)
12. Chrupzillas (1)
13. RAK Attack (4)
The draft will last 4 rounds. Then, I will update the rosters and publish the league. Any other adds and drops will be done by waiver order. Waiver order will be the reverse of the 2008 standings. Any player dropped during the draft to pick up a new player will be available as a waiver pick up after the draft, like any other undrafted and unowned player. I'm open to starting the draft on Sunday, 2/22.
EDIT: Looks like it might work better for everyone to wait a week.

Are we going to try to bang it out all at once? Or just do it through the forum... because if it's through the boards, why not start as soon as possible and then just move along at a pace that works for everyone? I'm sure people can manage to get online once a day to make their pick.

I agree. Let's get it moving and let people draft on the board at their own pace. There's no way to draft minor leaguers otherwise anyway.

I agree. I think drafting on the Forum is the best for everyone and my preference.

I've got a .406 head-to-head league set up on Yahoo, currently with only 7 teams. It's drafting next Thursday night.
Certainly wouldn't mind getting the head-count up to 10 or 12.
